The services are conducted in Delaware and chester counties, Pennsylvania and to a lesser degree, montgomery county, Pennsylvania and new castle county, Delaware. The group originates loans secured by first and second lines on single-family residences. The lending activities of the group include origination of loans secured by commercial and multi-family residential real estate properties as well as residential and commercial construction loans secured by properties.
